All your enemies are banished;
the record of your sin is vanished;
Fear not, and let God's festival start!
God cheers us with God's love, and anthems from above:

We gather summoned by the Lord, at home, in peace, our souls restored.

In that day we'll go rejoicing, our heartfelt exultation voicing, with peace beyond all mortal ken.
Worry yields to deep thanksgiving! God's peace is ours for daily living!
What joy will be our portion then!
God is our strength and song through all the ages long:
Alleluia!
He comes, our great Immanuel! With joy drink from salvation's well! 

Guard against self satisfaction, and dissipation and distraction:
perform the justice God commands.
Stay away from all temptation that blinds you to God's great salvation;
with God's beloved take your stand.
Share gladly with the poor. Take what is right, no more!
Alleluia!
So live today as you will then: Of earth and heav'n a citizen.
